DESIGN PORTFOLIO GRADE DESCRIPTORS
The marking scheme or Grade descriptors for the Materials, Design and Technology General course are divided into three parts - Design, Production and Response.

The Design folder is then divided into a design and a production part with the folder making up 40% and the Product 60% of the grade.
​
To make these easier to understand we have broken each descriptor down into sections and grades. So what you need to achieve on the each component of your design folder for each grade is clear to see.
